THE COMPANY complies with Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, together with any other applicable regulations in force on the matter.

The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data, through THE COMPANY’s email address or form made available to Users, is, depending on the specific case, to manage and respond to requests for information, questions or suggestions, or to manage and process résumés and job applications submitted by Users.

With regard to the retention period, the personal data provided will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, or until deletion is requested by the data subject and the data subject is entitled to do so.

In any case, the data subject may exercise the rights granted under the GDPR, namely:

  • The right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject.
  • The right to request rectification or erasure.
  • The right to request restriction of processing.
  • The right to object to processing.
  • The right to data portability.


The data subject may exercise these rights by means of a request accompanied by a photocopy of their national ID document, specifying which right they wish to exercise, sent to the address indicated in the section “Identification details of the service provider” in this Legal Notice.

Finally, Users are informed that THE COMPANY will adopt in its information system the legally required technical and organizational measures in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of stored data, thus preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity associated with each processing activity.
