ACRONYM: DEEPLAUTOCARNE

The objective of the project is to develop a system for the identification and classification of meat cuts leaving a deboning line using Deep Learning capabilities in order to automate industrial processes.

This project is intended as a first step toward the complete automation of meat-cut classification processes into final product references, generating a positive incentive effect in the development of new artificial-intelligence technologies and functionalities so that identification and classification of meat products can be carried out optimally and automatically.

The project is funded by CDTI and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with the objective of promoting technological development, innovation, and high-quality research.
